we got more orders than we were anticipating (thank you!!) so we've been slow to fulfill (so sorry!). also, this being our first time doing all of this we've been running into issue after issue.

the biggest issue is the ongoing canada post strike. unfortunately for now, we've made the difficult decision to pause some shipping options while we follow the updates of the strike.

deliveries delayed by the strike:

• international untracked

we are working through all other orders as we speak and you should get an update soon! if your order has products from our spooky series, we're going to prioritize those since we're already well into spooky season.

if the strike goes on too much longer, we'll have to consider other options but fingers crossed we get good news soon (they're a lot more expensive for us).
