hi friends! our names are aj + sarah and we are sisters who share a love for journaling, stationery, art, and everything in between. we created nookends because we wanted to make delightful things that would bring joy to the community of journalers 💖

meet aj (she/her)

aj lives in toronto, canada with her two rescue lynx point siamese brother and sister cats. before starting nookends with sarah, aj was a product designer for 8 years working at tech companies in seattle and toronto.

outside of the nook: she enjoys baking and cooking, playing volleyball with friends, cozy video games, reading, running (aiming to do her first 10k race next year!), and doing crafty projects.

sarah lives in seattle, washington with her partner and korean village dog, emmy 🐶 her 9-5 is running a software company, making nookends a welcome creative outlet.

outside of the nook: she is a serial crafter, enjoys streaming, reading, and singing a cappella.
