when do you ship orders?

orders placed before midnight PT on friday will be sent out the following monday. 

 

where do you ship to?

we ship internationally as well but buyers are responsible for all import duties and taxes that may occur.

 

how long will my order take to arrive?

usa/canada typically take up to 7 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 5 weeks. these estimates can vary, especially during holidays.

 

i lost my paper trail loyalty card. can i get a new one?

yes! you can get a new one for free, here. 

what is your return policy?

we do not accept returns or exchanges. once an order is shipped, it is nonrefundable. if your order is defective/damaged, email us at hello@nookends.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

 

what if my package never arrived?

we are not responsible or missing untracked mail. for tracked mail, we can investigate and grant a refund/replacement if the mail service confirms loss. we recommend upgrading to tracked shipping for peace of mind.
