monthly mail is shipped via untracked letter mail. typical wait times are 1-2 weeks for usa/canada, 3-4 weeks for international.

what if my mail is missing an item or arrives damaged?

for any issues, please email hello@nookends.com with your name and photos of your mail.

what if my mail never arrives?

please allow 1-2 weeks for domestic and 3-4 weeks for international. if it still hasn't arrived, it might've been lost in transit. please email hello@nookends.com with your full name and shipping address so we can assist.

can i get get past letters?

does looseleaf letters or extras count for the paper trail loyalty program?

at this time, any looseleaf letters subscription or extras purchases are not considered part of the program.
